Feature:
I love everything about it, except that the finish could be better in my personal opinion.
Quality:
Epiphone makes good guitars.. that's what they've been doing since... I dunno, a long time.
Value:
It's a bit pricey for an epiphone, but again, it is a limited edition guitar.. and of course the gibson model is over twice as much.
Desirability:
Want it want it want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sound:
Good clean sound, awesome distorted and effects sound.
Support:
I can't really say much because I've never had a problem with epiphone.
