Value: It shouldn't be out in the market in the first place. Desirability: It's horrendous. Sound: It broke the moment I tried to take my guitar out because it had gotten stuck. DON'T BUY IT!!! Support: They told me nothing could be done if I'd already "opened the package." Overall: I liked nothing about it, except that it didn't let my guitar go... even when I wanted to pull it out.
