Quality: It Looks great and to look over the top and see the valves glow brings a tear to your eye. Value: A bit expensive but worth it. Desirability: Its ACE, black and gold. Sound: This produces a great rich sound from heavy metal, blues, jazz, rock, and funk. Support: I have had it for a year no faults, so i have never needed to contact the company.
